Heathy brunch spots in London

After a fabulously indulgent festive period we enjoy a bit of a detox in January. But a dry January doesn’t need to mean a dull January, with lots of healthy and exciting options in London. Make a date in your diary now, to meet some girlfriends for healthy brunch and a catch up come the new year.

Farmacy

We love this healthy hang out in Notting Hill, offering a varied and tasty clean menu. From classic avo on toast, to their Mexican Earth bowl, brunch here is as delightful as it is virtuous.

The MaE Deli

If you are a fan of mega food blogger Deliciously Ella, then you simply must visit her wonderful delis. With two central London locations and a festive pop-up in Covent Garden, the shops, set up by Ella and her husband Matthew are the perfect place for a healthy pit stop come January. Banana and Coconut pancakes …what’s not to love?

The Goodlife Eatery

We love the Goodlife Eatery on Sloane Avenue for its super vibe as much as it’s delicious menu. Here you will find clean options that are completely unpretentious and will actually fill you up. Their Skinny Benedict is particularly good hangover cure – not that we will be needing that in January of course.

Ethos Foods

If you find your self shopping on Oxford Street come the new year, Ethos Foods is the perfect healthy alternative for lunch on the go. This amazing buffet style cafe is packed with ingenious vegi and vegan dishes that almost taste too good to be good for you. But we promise that they are!!!

Tanya’s Cafe

Reopening in Spring 2017, Tanya’s in Chelsea is sure to be the place to go for a bite. The well-loved raw restaurant based in My Hotel Chelsea is relaunching as Tanya’s Retail – offering a wonderful range of raw, healthy snacks, cakes and juices to pick up and go. Not quite ready for January, but we are sure it will be worth the wait.
